CRANBERRY MOLD 
This is our family favorite at Thanksgiving and Christmas!

1 c. (or 1 pkg.) cranberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. any red Jello
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. hot water and 1 c. pineapple juice or water
1 (21 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Wash and grind up cranberries in blender (don't get them soupy) and mix with 1 cup sugar. Set aside for a while.

Empty Jello and unflavored gelatin into 6x10-inch pan. Stir in hot water until dissolved. Add pineapple juice or water or mixture of both to equal 1 cup. Let Jello set in refrigerator until slightly solid.

Add cranberries, crushed pineapple, celery and walnuts. Let set in refrigerator until solid.
