SPICY CRANBERRY ORANGE MOLD | |
1 pkg. cranberries 1/2 c. sugar 2 pkg. or pkg. Jello orange or lemon flavor gelatin dessert 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1 orange, sectioned, diced 1/2 c. chopped celery, walnuts or almonds Place cranberries and sugar in food processor container; process until cranberries are finely chopped. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in cranberries, orange and celery. Spoon into 10 individual lightly oiled molds or one (5 cup) slightly oiled mold. Chill until firm. To serve, unmold and garnish as desired. |
