FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
This is a convenient, cool treat to keep on hand in the freezer for a quick Summer dessert. It can be frozen in family sized or individual serving sized containers.

2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream (whipped) or Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 cup mayonnaise (or Kraft Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, quartered
2 1/2 cups Kraft mini-marshmallows

Remove cream cheese from refrigerator 20 minutes before using to soften.

When cream cheese has softened, blend with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.

Fold in remaining ingredients. Pack into freezer containers and freeze.

Makes enough for 10-12 servings.

5 stars but need clarification... If using Cool Whip do we use 1 Cup measured out or an 8 oz. container of Cool Whip? Very important. Thanks!

Hi Nancy,

The recipe calls for a 1 cup measure of either whipped cream or Cool Whip. If you use cream, it should be whipped before measuring.
