CAVATINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
15 1/2 oz. jar pizza sauce
3 kinds of noodles (1/2 c. each) (shell, rotelle, elbow)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni

Brown meat and add onion, green pepper, and celery. Drain meat well. Add spaghetti and pizza sauce and simmer. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain. Add noodles and sauce mix. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place pepperoni slices on top and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

I made this tonight and it was pretty good. I did not use the pepperoni or celery and added a 1/2 lb. hamburger instead. I do not care for pepperoni or celery. For next time I would not put in the green peppers. I added a can of mushrooms and really liked that. I also would have added more noodles because that is my favorite part and it didn't seem like enough.

I made it exactly as the recipe says and I thought the green peppers and celery lightened up the dish, especially in combination with all of the meat and cheese. I used elbows, shells and rotini and it turned out very well. Overall pretty simple to make and a good, solid meal recipe. My husband loved it!
