CAVATINI 
1 c. mostacciolo pasta
1 c. rotini pasta
1 lb. sausage or hamburger
20 to 25 thin slices pepperoni
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped peppers
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
14 oz. jar Ragu sauce

Cook pasta as directed. Simmer sausage (hamburger) in covered skillet for 20 minutes and drain. Saute mushrooms, onions and peppers in butter or with sausage. In an 8 x 8 inch baking dish layer as follows: pastas, sausage, mushroom mixture, pepperoni, cheese and sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. This also works well in the crock pot.
