JOHN'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
2 small golden Yukon potatoes, peeled and grated 1/2 cup chopped ham 1/4 onion, diced 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs Spray 8x8-inch pan with oil. Spread potatoes on bottom. Layer ham and onions on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese next. Mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs together and evenly pour over potatoes, ham, onions, and cheese.
