CREAM OF CELERY SOUP 
4 c. chicken stock
1 c. chopped onions
3 c. chopped celery, including leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. milk

In large saucepan, combine chicken stock, onions, celery, salt and pepper. cook until vegetables are very tender. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth. Return to saucepan and stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat just until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
