I love this recipe. My kids like whole vanilla wafers in bottom and on sides.

Delicious and easy. I like it in summer for a cool dessert when it is hot outside. It's also good you don't need to use eggs or cream cheese.

I made this recipe and put in 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese (room temp) and it is fabulous!!!!

I love lemons. So I use 3/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice. So refreshing, not too sweet and just the perfect dessert after a heavy meal or BBQ.

Family loved it! Thought I had gone to real trouble lol! I did use a frozen store bought-to-bake crust, added a few drops yellow food coloring and crushed nilla wafers on top for eye appeal! You could dress it up any way you please! Have seen more complicated variations but "quick n easy" is the key here!

This s the exact recipe handed down to me from my mom. Except that mine says to freeze rather than chill. Quicker I presume.
