CHICKEN WING SINGAPORE 
20 chicken wings (cut in two at joint)
5 oz. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar and garlic salt. Pour over chicken wings. marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. 2 tablespoon equals 1 fluid ounce, 4 tablespoon equals 1/4 cup.
