BISQUICK PIE SHELL 
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. boiling water

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Mix Bisquick and butter in small bowl. Add water, stir vigorously until soft dough forms. Press with floured hands in 9 inch pie plate.

Bake until a light brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool and fill.

This is the easiest pie shell that I have every made for fresh berry pies (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry and even fresh peach pie.) To make the crust a little sweet, I add 1/2 cup powdered sugar with the Bisquick. Wonderful!
