CHOCOLATE PIE (BAKED IN THE
SHELL)
 
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1 c. sugar
2 rounded tsp. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 prepared pie crusts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
dash of salt
2 c. milk

Beat eggs and sugar. Add flour, cocoa and melted butter. Mix real well. Add milk and mix well. Pour into 2 prepared pie shells and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, then turn down to 350°F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until middle is set. Add meringue and brown. Cool on wire rack.
