ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
fresh broccoli
tomatoes
sliced black olives
cucumbers
garden Rotini pasta
Wishbone Italian salad dressing

Cook pasta. Rinse with cold water and set aside. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces. Cut tomatoes into quarters.

Peel cucumbers and cut into bite-size pieces. Drain chopped black olives.

Add vegetables and pasta in bowl add desired amount of Italian dressing. Chill and serve.

Yes!! Finally a recipe is lighter with no meat! I use the same one. Only difference is I blanch the broccoli for one minute to make it greener and use wishbone red wine vinaigrette.
