CRAB AND PASTA SALAD 
2 cups pasta (I use tri-color rotini)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped radishes
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab meat (I use imitation)

DRESSING:

3/4 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. horseradish sauce (Kraft)
3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. salt

Cook pasta until tender. Drain well and run cold water over it to cool it down.

Chop onions, celery, radishes and bell pepper in food processor until fairly fine. Add to pasta and break crab up into small pieces and add to pasta.

Mix up the dressing and stir into pasta mixture.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's easy to make and the flavors are great. I like to add some chopped cherry tomatoes for a little more color and bite, but otherwise it's perfect as-is.
