BREAD PUDDING (LOW CHOLESTEROL) | |
6 slices stale wheat bread 2 c. 2% milk or powdered 2 eggs or Eggbeaters 3/4 c. brown sugar or honey 1/2 stick butter 2 tbsp. vanilla 1/4 c. raisins 1 tsp. cinnamon Melt butter in 8-inch square baking dish while preheating oven. Break bread into bite-size pieces in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients; then butter and mix well. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
