EASY-AS-PIE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 reg. pkg. of French vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Whole graham crackers
Chocolate frosting

Prepare pudding mix as directed, set aside. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix topping (Cool Whip) with pudding. Pour 1/2 the mix over crackers. Add another layer of crackers.

Pour over rest of pudding mixture. Frost crackers for the top layer and add. Make 3 days ahead. Best if made 3 days before serving. Delicious and easy!
