CRUSTLESS CRANBERRY PIE DESSERT | |
2 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, melted Lightly grease one 9-inch pie plate. Spread the berries over the bottom. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and chopped nuts; set aside. Beat 2 eggs; add 1 cup sugar, flour and melted butter. Pour mixture over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Serves six. |
