TACO PIE 
1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 jar (8 oz.) taco sauce (optional)
2 c. shredded cheese, any type
12 tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Preheat oven and cookie sheet at 400 degrees. Thaw pie crust 10 minutes. Prick bottom and sides of pie crust. Bake pie crust on cookie sheet 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. In skillet, cook ground beef and onion; drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning according to package. In small mixing bowl, combine refried beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce if desired. Mix well. Layer 1/2 refried bean mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with 1/2 seasoned meat, 1 cup shredded cheese, crushed chips. Repeat layers excluding chips. Bake on preheated cookie sheet 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomato and additional taco sauce if desired.
