TACO SALAD PIE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lg. bag Fritos
1/2 c. olives
1/2 c. mushrooms (opt.)
1 lg. carton sour cream
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 (9") pie pan
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning

Separate crescent rolls and press into bottom of pie pan. This is your crust. Brown ground beef, add sliced olives, mushrooms and taco seasoning. Drain and set aside. Crush Fritos with rolling pin and place on crescent roll crust. Next add ground beef mixture. Place sour cream on top of this and layer crushed Fritos on top of sour cream. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until crescent rolls are done. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Should be served hot.

Great recipe!! I have two picky eaters and they were highly impressed with this meal. The only thing I did differently was the crescent rolls. I cooked them first.
