LAYERED GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 or 3 potatoes, sliced 2 or 3 onions, sliced Salt & pepper Butter 1 can tomato soup Place alternate layers of ground beef, potatoes and onions in a buttered dish. Salt and pepper each layer. Place pieces of butter on top. Dilute soup with 1 can of water. Pour over mixture. Cover and cook 2 hours and 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Yields: 6 to 8 servings. One of Steve's favorites! |
