LAYERED GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. instant potato flakes, prepared
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn

Cook ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring frequently; drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Layer ground beef, potatoes and corn in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave on High (100% power) for 8 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
