SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained 6 slices white bread 6 eggs 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups milk 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional) black pepper, to taste Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Butter one side of bread and place butter side down in pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, salt and milk together. Pour over the top of the cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
