CHEESY LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Fold in all other ingredients. Pour into 8 x 10 inch dish or salad bowl. Chill until set. Garnish with additional Cool Whip or chopped nuts if desired. Makes 16 servings.
