GROUND BEEF CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. head cabbage
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Slice, grate or chop cabbage after removing the core. Place cabbage in 2 quart casserole, spoon ground beef mixture over cabbage. Season to taste. Spread the undiluted soup all over. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.

Serves 3 to 4 people.
