LEMON - LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Cool and fold in pineapple. Pour into mold and set until firm. Dissolve lime Jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water, cool until thick. Combine soft cream cheese and whipped cream. Fold into slightly thickened Jello and pour on top of lemon Jello. Chill until firm.
