FRITTURA DOLCE 
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
1/2 c. cream of wheat (plus 2 tbsp. more)
2 lemons & rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs

Bring milk, butter, sugar and salt to boil, slowly sprinkle in instant cream of wheat, stirring constantly. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and put in lemon juice, lemon rind and the beaten eggs.

Pour into buttered pan or large platter. Cool. Cut into squares, dip in beaten eggs with a little lemon added Roll in fine graham cracker crumbs. Fry with oil, butter. Sprinkle sugar on lightly on both sides.
