1 lb. ground spicy sausage
1 package precooked bacon, chopped
7-10 potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1 inch cubes
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans beef broth
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 chopped onion
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
mozzarella cheese

Boil potatoes for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, cook the sausage, onion and garlic together. Drain the potatoes. Add Cream of Mushroom Soup and beef broth to sausage mixture; heat to boiling. Add sour cream, potatoes and bacon. You can add cheese to the whole batch or just sprinkle some on top of each bowl.
