BROCCOLI-POTATO CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
4 or 5 peeled and chopped raw potatoes
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water (use empty soup can)
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
approx. 1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced

Sauté onion in butter. Add potatoes, soup and water. Cook until potatoes are done. Add broccoli and milk. When broccoli is done, add chunks of cheese. When cheese is melted, its done.

Nice basic soup recipe. Make sure you add about 1 teaspoon of salt and some fresh pepper and it is a nice fast soup!

Good soup, but for or a bit of a kick add about 3 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce. Great with a few bacon bits and cheese to top it off!

For a richer soup cool potatoes till souper(lol) soft, mash em, then add water milk and butter till soup like consistency. Use that as the base. Great chowder style soup!
