1 pkg. your-choice cake mix (any flavor; white or yellow works best)
1 large egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup chopped nuts, raisins, coconut shavings, chocolate chips, M&M'S®, etc. (anything you like in your cookies)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine cake mix, egg, oil and water in big mixing bowl. Beat until well blended. Stir in your-choice add-ins. Drop by teaspoon about 1-inch apart onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until done.

Makes about 4 dozen.
