1 box red velvet cake mix (your choice)
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, water and vanilla. Place on ungreased cookie sheet in rounded tablespoons.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

Variations: Try using a spice cake mix with a 1/4 cup raisins plus 1/4 cup chopped pecans, increase water by 1 teaspoon. Drizzle with a maple glaze (2 cups confectioners' sugar plus 3 teaspoons maple syrup).
