ARTICHOKE HEART CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drain & chop fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder or crushed cloves

Mix well. Bake, uncovered in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot, dip with dark crackers or pumpernickel logs.

RAVES!!! Your guests will love this dip and so will you! I suppose, if you are inclined to, you can lower the fat content by using reduced-fat products but it's fantastic the way it is. It's easy to reheat any leftovers...yeah right....leftovers. I don't think so.
