MICROWAVE CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beat well

Mix flour, sugar and salt; add eggs, corn and milk; pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle top with nutmeg and butter. Bake in microwave on High 6 minutes, stir, turn dish then bake 2 more minutes or until set.

Oven directions: Use 3/4 c. milk and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
