MICROWAVE CORN PUDDING 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can cream style corn
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Place egg in 1 1/2 quart casserole and beat well with fork. Stir in milk, sugar, corn, crackers and butter. Microwave medium high for 7 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with paprika

Microwave at medium high for 11 to 14 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
