BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs
2 lbs. shredded or cubed ham
1 pkg. O'Brien potatoes
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Grated cheese

Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix potatoes, green pepper, onions and ham; put in pan. Mix eggs with soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
