BEEF CHOP SUEY 
1 round steak
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 med. onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can chop suey vegetables
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. cornstarch with water
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. oil

Cut round steak into bite size pieces brown in oil. Cut onions, celery and green pepper, saute them with round steak. Add bouillon and soy sauce plus water. Cover and simmer for one hour. Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms simmer an additional 1/2 hour. Mix cornstarch with water and add to chop suey to thicken. Pour over rice.
