SOUR CREAM HALIBUT 
1 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. halibut fillet
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Fine bread crumbs
Paprika

Mix wine and salt and marinate halibut most of day (at least 1 hour). Drain fish on paper towel, dip both sides in bread crumbs and place in greased baking dish. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and onions. Spread over fish. Sprinkle top with remaining bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
