RHUBARB - JELLO SAUCE 
5-6 c. chopped fresh rhubarb
1-1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry jello

Cook the rhubarb. Cover with water when you see it is coming through the sliced rhubarb. Add sugar; when it is ready add the jello. This will thicken and give it a very nice color.
