WIENER SCHNITZEL 
Boneless Pork Chops
Unseasoned Breadcrumbs
Flour
Eggs

Beat schnitzel (pork). Rub salt in lightly. Dip in flour, covering all over.

With a fork, beat 2 spoons of milk into egg. Dip meat in flour, then egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs, pat crumbs well into meat.

Fry in pan with fat of your choice. (I use lard.)
