CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
4 teaspoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, and salt in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Once mixture reaches a full rolling boil cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, then add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Beat with a spoon, while beating fudge will begin to thicken. When fudge consistency changes pour into buttered pan, I suggest an 8x8, then refrigerate to allow to set.

A friend's grandmother had given me a recipe for fudge, but due to my computer crashing, I lost it. She didn't get me the recipe quick enough, so I found this one, and it's almost identical! It's so good, and what makes it even better is the ease of preparation.

Thank you Cory, I lost my recipe back during hurricane Ivan. I made your version batch and another. I tweaked a few things for rich taste. Loved it! If you ever want try Lindt intense cocoa, dried, crushed, and butter peanuts. Same measurement but a much nuttier taste. Thank you again, absolutely amazing recipe!!!

When my Dad was alive he always made the best fudge. I never did learn how to make it since he passed at an early age. I made this and it was just like what my Dad used to make. Thanks for sharing!

Our family "secret" fudge recipe has gotten lost due to our many military moves. This sounds almost identical.. I hope it tastes the same as I am needing a little bit of home right now with my hubby being in Afghanistan

This is my first time preparing fudge. It is easy, and delicious! My suggestion is to cook in a nonstick pan and use a silicone spatula. Makes preparation much easier than a spoon!

I substituted a cup of brown sugar for one of the granulated and used chunky peanut butter. Recipe worked great! Super easy. This one will be a new family favorite.

My friend told me about this recipe through a link when I asked if he had a recipe for some good fudge. I ended up making a double batch due to the fact the pan I put it in I had to or else it was going to be too thin. Suffice to say, it's extremely easy, and the second time I made it, I didn't even look at the recipe. First time making fudge and it turned out great. It was gone the next night, and everyone that ate it said it was good.

Couldn't believe how easy this was to make. I expected to have to go to the grocery store to buy everything I needed, but it turns out, I already had it all. Thanks!

My mom made this fudge and never measured anything; however I've always done better with specifics. I tried this one since ingredients were the same and it was so much like hers. It was marvelous!!

Amazingly easy and amazingly good! I added pecans because I love nuts but I regret not trying the fudge as per the recipe. I'm thinking maybe peanuts next time! Enjoy :)

I just made this fudge and it is wonderful. I did change one ingredient. I used 4 tablespoons of butter instead of teaspoons. It turned out great.

Super Easy!! My daughter & I had a sweet tooth and didn't have much in the pantry but, had all the ingredients to make the fudge. Used crunchy peanut butter, which my husband likes. Awesome!

I made this recipe last night for my family... what a hit! I used evaporated milk and Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips (instead of cocoa) and it came out amazing!

This is a very easy, tasty fudge recipe. Next time I'll add nuts. I like the crunch. Without nuts, this recipe is very smooth. I used parchment paper to line the pan so the small pieces I cut (1" x 1") were perfectly shaped.
