10 MIN. PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup peanut butter

Put the water and sugar in a pan. Boil for one min. Add the peanut butter and stir off and on so it won’t burn. Keep on med heat till it pulls away from the pan. Pour into a well butter pan. Let cool.

Made this tonight to surprise my husband and 12 year old son. Had to boil it 4 minutes longer on medium heat after adding the peanut butter than what the recipe said to, but it turned out amazing! I added a half teaspoon of vanilla-nut extract to give a little something special, it was a wonderful addition.

This is an awesome recipe I have used it for years and have found that you can add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to sugar and water as it boils!!! It just makes it a different kind of good.
