PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
pinch of salt
1 to 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat sugar, milk and salt in a large saucepan at medium temperature until light discoloration or just under 250°F on candy thermometer. Quickly remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Pour into greased pan.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
