CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 cups sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 4 teaspoons butter 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, and salt in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Once mixture reaches a full rolling boil cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, then add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Beat with a spoon, while beating fudge will begin to thicken. When fudge consistency changes pour into buttered pan, I suggest an 8x8, then refrigerate to allow to set. Submitted by: Cory for Debbie McMahon |
