“MOCHA DOUBLE-FUDGE BROWNIES” IS IN:

MOCHA DOUBLE-FUDGE BROWNIES 
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini-chips
1/4 c. fat-free hot fudge topping, like Smucker's

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Coat bottom of 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine sugar and next 8 ingredients, add flour and mini chips, stirring just until blended. Spread half of batter in bottom of pan. Spread hot fudge topping over batter, spread remaining batter over topping.

Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool in pan.

Cut into 16 brownies.

138 calories per brownie. 4.6 grams fat, saturated fat 2.7 grams.

These may be low fat, but they're scrumptious.
