ORIENTAL STYLE BEEF WITH
VEGETABLES
 
1 box Birds Eye stir fry Chinese vegetables
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. each salt and onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. cube steaks
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. water

Set aside seasoning pouch from vegetables. Mix flour, salt and onion salt and pepper. Cut cube steaks into thin strips and coat with seasoned flour. Heat the 2 tablespoons oil in 10 inch skillet or electric skillet over medium heat. Brown meat in oil. Increase heat to high. Spread vegetables over meat; add 1 tablespoon oil and stir quickly to coat. Cover and cook 2 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle with seasoning pouch and add water. Cook and stir about 30 seconds. Makes 3 servings.
