UNCLE BOB'S ORIENTAL BEEF AND
CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES
 
2 chicken breasts
1 med. steak
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. saki or scotch
2 pinches garlic powder, pepper, and sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. sesame seeds, browned
Sesame oil
1 can water chestnuts
1/4 lb. bean sprouts
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 chopped green or red pepper
1 sliced zucchini

Brown sesame seeds. Coat frying pan with oil. Cut meat and chicken into cubes (at an angle). Add teriyaki sauce and saki and lemon juice. Sprinkle with pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Drizzle the sesame oil before removing from pan. Serve rare.

Stir fry vegetables in same pan if there is room, 3-5 minutes. Serve with rice.
