RAMEN NOODLE COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green onions, cut fine
5 oz. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 c. broccoli florets
1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles, uncooked & broken into sm. pieces

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 packet Ramen noodle seasoning
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar

Love this recipe! If I have the time I like to break up my ramen noodles and roast them in the oven at 350°F with just a splash of olive oil to coat just until they begin to brown. I usually throw in my nuts too, gives it an awesome toasted flavor!

I prefer to use already shredded cabbage, that way you do not have to buy broccoli. It is in the broccoli package already shredded.

I make this recipe a lot for covered dish dinners & there's never much left to bring home. However, I add pumpkin seeds to the recipe in the same amount as the sunflower seeds.
