ORIENTAL BROCCOLI SLAW 
2 bags broccoli slaw (may sub with cole slaw mix)
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbs. sesame seeds
1 cup chopped green onions
2 pkgs. ramen noodles uncooked (Oriental flavor)

DRESSING:

2 ramen noodle seasoning packs (Oriental flavor)
3/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed black pepper

Mix together dressing ingredients with a whisk and set aside.

Toss together slaw mix, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped green onions. Whisk up the dressing, pour over slaw and toss well. Refrigerate for about an hour.

Before serving, crush the ramen noodles (uncooked) and sprinkle on top of slaw. Enjoy!

Note: It tastes even better if made and refrigerated the night before.
