SAUCY BUFFALO WING CASSEROLE | |
4 lb. chicken wings 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp. ground black pepper 1/2 cup chopped green onion (for garnish) SPICY SAUCE: 1 (12 oz.) bottle FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods) 1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts) 1/4 cup sugar Boil chicken wings in large pot until done. Let cool and then strip all meat from bones. Coat meat with bread crumbs, lay out on cookie sheet and place in oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. While baking, in a large bowl mix hot sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup and sugar together. When wings cool mix sauce into them in a casserole dish, sprinkling freshly ground black pepper on top. Place back in oven for 20 minutes. When done sprinkle green onions on top. Enjoy! Submitted by: Nicks |
