SHRIMP WITH ANGEL HAIR PASTA 
1/2 lb. large shrimp
1/2 c. olive oil
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic, chunked
6-7 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp. chives
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. angel hair pasta

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Heat oil and butter and saute scallions and garlic until lightly brown. Add chives and parsley and bring to rolling boil. Turn off heat. Put shrimp in baking dish and lightly salt and pepper. Pour some of sauce over shrimp and broil until done while cooking pasta. Pour remainder of sauce over pasta and serve shrimp on the side or over pasta.
