BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE | |
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. oil 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter Yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1-2 tsp. vanilla, lemon or almond extract 1 can blueberries (rinse & drain) Rinse and drain blueberries. Add dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Bake in tube pan, 45 minutes at 325-350 degrees. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Very moist! |
