MARSALA SPICE CAKE 
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
1 c. Marsala cooking wine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon & cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of greased and floured bundt pan. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 10 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto plate and brush warm cake with Marsala Glaze.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. cooking wine
1/3 c. sugar

Heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
